We buy only the best produce daily to ensure the freshest produce available. We carry over 50 organic produce items at all times. We try to buy Colorado produce whenever possible and support local farmers.
Breakfast & Lunch
Stop by for lunch! We have a full selection of hot and cold sandwiches as well as homemade soups and a full breakfast menu. Take your food away or stay to eat in our dining area.
Fast Friendly Service
We like knowing customers on a first name basis, so introduce yourself and ask for assistance if you need it. We try to keep our lines as short as possible so you can pop in and out in a rush if you need to!
Meet the Team
Kirsten runs the bakery department and brings a wealth of experience from her 12 years baking and making pastry in Boulder County. She also used to have her own company called Slice of Feist. She makes the cupcakes and cakes in house as well as custom cakes and desserts. Please call to place an order for specialty items. Look for the Niwot Market sticker to see all of the items she makes in house.
DELI & MEAT MANAGER / OWNER
Seth runs the deli and meat departments at Niwot Market. He’s worked in the family business since high school and started in produce. Not only is he the manager, he’s also a great chef and helps prepare the pre-made foods. If you would like any specialty meat items, please contact Seth.
Bert has worked in the grocery business his entire life. His father started Steele’s market in 1942 in Fort Collins. Bert took over the Steele’s Markets in 1978 and opened Niwot Market in 2002. He understands the importance of adapting to customer’s needs and is always willing to accommodate special requests.
STORE MANAGER / OWNER
Alison runs the grocery department and is in charge of the purchasing and bringing in of new products. She’s always happy to bring in new products on request so don’t hesitate to ask. Before working at the store, she was a 5th grade teacher and decided to leave that to help run the family business.
Justin joined Niwot Market in 2005 and brought his experience from working as the Head Chef at Laudisio’s in Boulder. He studied in Italy and learned his trade from a variety of talented chefs. He’s in charge of the Friday Night Dinners and has experience catering everything from small dinner parties to weddings.
